Battery customizing
As an additional service to the distribution of modelling articles, we offer customizing of single NiCd-,NiMH an LiIon-cells to customer specific cell packages.
With our spot welding machine, we connect single cells with the utmost care without the heat-up usually known when soldering. For this reason SONY gave as the approval to assemble their Li-Ion cells to battery packs. The possible variety in our assembly departement is so great that it is necessary that the customers specifies very detailed and clearly what he needs.
With the help of the checklist below please select:
- number of single cells / packs
- single cells or battery-packs
- how many single cells in one pack
- what type of cell is required
- what dimension or shape (S, DS, H, W, DW, I) has to listed
- diameter of cable (diameter and length)
- connector type
